Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team committed to improving the lives of children with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders. As a BCBA, you will lead behavioral intervention programs, conduct comprehensive assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans that promote meaningful progress. Your expertise will help empower children and their families through evidence-based practices rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Duties
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and behavioral psychological assessments to identify underlying causes of behaviors and inform intervention strategies
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on client needs and data collection
- Lead clinical supervision sessions for behavior technicians and provide ongoing training in ABA techniques and ethical practices
- Perform client assessments, including intake evaluations, diagnostic evaluations, and progress reviews to ensure treatment effectiveness
- Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to track progress, adjust interventions, and maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards
- Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and other professionals to coordinate care plans and support services in various environments such as homes or schools
- Ensure all medical records are accurate, complete, and maintained in accordance with privacy laws; communicate effectively about client progress and treatment goals
Skills
- Extensive experience working with children with disabilities, especially those on the autism spectrum or with neurodevelopmental disorders
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral health principles, and behavioral intervention strategies
- Proven ability to perform behavioral assessments including functional assessment (FA) and functional analysis (FA) techniques
- Excellent data collection skills with attention to detail for tracking client progress over time
- Experience working in home-based settings as well as school environments; familiarity with school-based programs is a plus
- Ability to communicate clearly with clients’ families, educational teams, and healthcare providers; experience in client communication is essential
- Knowledge of medical terminology, medical records management, and HIPAA compliance standards for patient care confidentiality

Pay: $78,654.63 - $94,723.86 per year
