Bay Area Concrete is a concrete construction company with over 20 years of experience in the industry. We are looking to add Concrete Foremen and Concrete Laborers to our team.

Responsibilities
- Assist with forming, pouring, and finishing concrete
- Site preparation and job site cleanup
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment
- Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently
- Foreman candidates will oversee crews and coordinate job site work
- Maintain strict adherence to construction workplace safety regulations and protocols.
Requirements
- Construction or concrete experience preferred (not required for laborers)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work outdoors in various conditions
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor
- Valid driver’s license required
Pay
- Starting pay is $19 per hour for entry level with no experience.
- Higher pay is available for candidates with experience.
- Opportunities for raises and advancement.
Mandatory Requirements
- Ability to kneel, bend and lift heavy objects
- Valid drivers license
