Duties
- Greet customers warmly, offering personalized assistance to enhance their shopping experience
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits, encouraging customer interest
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for retail sales transactions and cash register operations
- Handle cash, process payments accurately, and manage cash drawer handling with integrity
- Assist with stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and maintaining attractive visual displays through merchandising
- Upsell complementary products to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering product recommendations, and maintaining phone etiquette when assisting remotely or over the phone
Experience
- Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially with supervising or team-leading roles
- Familiarity with POS systems and retail math for accurate transactions and inventory management
- Strong communication skills in bilingual settings are a plus to connect with diverse customers
- Experience in conducting product demos and upselling techniques to boost sales performance
- Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, merchandising principles, and stock management practices
- Demonstrated ability to handle cash register operations, cashiering duties, and cash handling responsibly
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on positive interactions and effective phone etiquette
