Hinton Site & Civil is hiring a full-time laborer to join our growing crew. We work on site development, utilities, erosion control, and civil construction projects throughout the region.
This is hands-on, physical work — not a standing-around job.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Loading and unloading trucks
Digging with shovels, picks, and hand tools
Installing large pipe (storm, water, sewer)
Erosion control installation (silt fence, etc.)
Assisting with underground utility work
Operating small equipment:
Compactors
Chippers
Hydroseeders
Water trailers
Trash pumps
Growth Opportunity:
This is an entry point into civil construction.
You will be trained and cross-trained to run larger equipment as you prove yourself.
