Part Time Administrative Support
A growing nonprofit organization is seeking a highly organized and professional part-time Administrative Support Coordinator to assist with program operations, communications, and administrative support.
This is a flexible, primarily remote position ideal for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Position Details
- Part-time W-2 position
- Approximately 20–25 hours per week
- Flexible schedule
- Primarily remote
- One in-office day per week in Lansing, Michigan
- Two weeks PTO after 90-day introductory period
- Some in-state travel may be required for meetings, events, or organizational support
Responsibilities
- Administrative and organizational support
- Managing documents and communications
- Data entry and record organization
- Supporting outreach and operational projects
- Maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
- Assisting with basic marketing and communication materials as needed
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Professional demeanor and ability to work independently
- Experience with Microsoft Word and general office software
- Comfortable working remotely and managing time effectively
- Detail-oriented and dependable
Preferred
- Experience with HubSpot CRM
- Experience using Canva
- Prior nonprofit or administrative support experience
