Position Overview
As a Server, you'll play a key role in providing exceptional hospitality and creating an enjoyable dining experience for every guest. Your friendly personality, attention to detail, and commitment to excellent service will help build lasting relationships with our guests. In this role, you'll take food and beverage orders, serve meals and drinks, and ensure every guest leaves satisfied.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude, creating a positive first impression.
- Present menus, answer questions, and provide knowledgeable recommendations on food and beverage selections.
- Accurately take guest orders and communicate them promptly to the kitchen and bar.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring quality, accuracy, and proper presentation.
- Check on guests throughout their visit and respond promptly to additional requests or concerns.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas, including setting, clearing, and resetting tables.
- Process guest payments accurately and handle transactions efficiently.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth communication and seamless service.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines.
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and involve management when appropriate.
- Attend team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing development opportunities.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a team-focused approach to guest service.
- Ability to remain organized and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent multitasking and time-management skills.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items for extended periods.
- Knowledge of food and beverage offerings is a plus.
