Pay: $20 to $22/hour
Experience: Previous leasing experience in the multifamily industry required.

Schedule: Monday–Friday; 9:00am to 6:00pm
HH Staffing is seeking an Apartment Leasing Consultant to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:

Greet and assist prospective residents in a professional manner.

Conduct property tours and showcase available units.

Process applications and prepare lease agreements.

Maintain accurate records and follow up with prospective leads.

Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents.

Support property management with administrative tasks.
Position Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Sales-oriented mindset with attention to detail.

Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office.

Familiarity with customer relationship management systems is a plus.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized.

Professional demeanor and punctuality.

Reliable transportation.
