Plumbing & Fire Protection Engineer – NYC
Seeking an experienced Plumbing/Fire Protection Engineer. Duties will include engineering, design and construction administration. Projects will include Healthcare, Infrastructure, High-rise Tenant Fit-Out, commercial offices, institution (universities), and museums. Must be familiar with the latest building codes, local and national. Must be design oriented since we work with some of the most prestigious architects in the world.
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience – EIT or PE Preferred
- Plumbing & Fire Protection Design
- Commercial, Healthcare, Infrastructure, High-rise Tenant Fit-Out
- Project Management & Client Interaction
- Preferred Bachelors Degreed
- NICET Cert Preferred
- NYC Code Experience
- Can perform Hydraulic Calculations
