Primary duties include:
- Answering telephone
- Managing intake process for potential new clients
- Maintaining intake files
- Preparing legal documentation
- Writing correspondence including turn down letters
- Paying all office expenses
- Calendaring and tracking deadlines
- Scheduling appointments/consultations
- Greeting clients and guests
- Tracking, organizing, and updating firm calendars
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Preferred Skills:
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and follow up on tasks
- Excellent proof-reading skills
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Typing at least 50 words/minute
- High degree of professionalism
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Strong experience using the Microsoft Windows environment and Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, Excel and Adobe.
