CarePatrol helps seniors and their families navigate one of life’s most important decisions by matching them with assisted living, memory care, independent living, home care, and skilled nursing options. As the trusted expert in our market, we partner with hospitals, physicians, rehabilitation centers, senior living communities, and other healthcare professionals to provide this service at no cost to families.
Due to continued growth throughout Northeast Wisconsin, we are seeking an ambitious Senior Care Advisor to expand our presence throughout the Fox Cities and Green Bay communities.
What You’ll Do
Success in this role comes from building strong relationships and becoming the trusted resource in your territory.
Your typical day may include:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, physicians, home health agencies, hospice providers, and other referral partners.
- Meeting face-to-face with families to understand their needs and confidently guide them through senior care options.
- Touring seniors and families through local communities while serving as their advocate.
- Growing your referral network through networking events, community outreach, presentations, and educational opportunities.
- Maintaining relationships with senior living communities to understand availability, specialties, and services.
- Following up with referral partners and families to provide updates and exceptional service.
- Managing an active pipeline of clients while documenting activity in our CRM.
- Working closely with our marketing and leadership team to grow market share throughout Northeast Wisconsin.

Preferred Experience
- Outside sales, healthcare sales, pharmaceutical sales, hospice or home care marketing, senior living, or healthcare business development.
- College education preferred.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the territory.

Compensation: $60,000–$100,000+ annually (base salary plus performance incentives)
