Responsibilities

Handle sophisticated intellectual property matters with an emphasis on patents and related IP strategy

Advise clients on patent prosecution, portfolio development, and enforcement strategies
-
Collaborate with colleagues on IP litigation, licensing, and broader brand protection matters as needed
-
Engage directly with clients and serve as a trusted advisor on technical and legal issues
-
Contribute to matter strategy, drafting, and prosecution with a high level of autonomy
-
Support long-term client relationships through practical, business-minded legal guidance
Ideal Background
-
JD from an accredited law school
-
Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
-
Mid to senior level experience in intellectual property law
-
Strong experience in patent prosecution and related IP work
-
Technical background required**** including engineering, software, or life sciences!!

Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to clients
-
Experience working with both domestic and international IP portfolios is a plus
***Portable Book is helpful but not required...Need to be comfortable with bringing in their own clients
