Site preparation which consists of the following:

Checking pins, tamping stone, installing straights (batter boards) for string line, screed stone.

Ensure proper installation and sealing of precast concrete walls panels with accordance to standards set forth by Superior Walls of America.

Verify diagonals are within Superior Walls Specifications. Pick up any debris left on jobsite and dispose of properly.

To abide by all safety rules, policies and procedures.
Duties will vary according to classification, Lead man, second man, laborer.

Ability to operate laser, cut saw, impact wrench, various drills

Experience Requirement:

Poured in Place or Block Foundations Experience is helpful

Carpentry experience is a plus
-
Crew Lead must possess layout skills and leadership abilities
