Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Estimator/ CAD Operator & Sales Representative to join our team. This multifaceted role combines precise project estimation, expert CAD (Computer-Aided Design) drafting, and proactive sales engagement. You will be estimating Structrual Steel and Concrete Reinforcing Steel, and checking and creating CAD drawings, while handling sales inquiries.
Responsibilities
1. Estimating & Takeoffs
· Review architectural and structural blueprints, and specifications.
· Perform accurate material takeoffs for structural steel fabrication and rebar/reinforcement packages.
2. CAD Drafting
· Quality control checks on CNC cutting files.
· Creating CNC cutting files for shop production
3. Sales & Customer Relations
· Present formal bids to customer
· Data/ order entry
· Take sales calls
Pay: $27.32 - $32.90 per hour
