Masterson Staffing is hiring Sanitation Workers for a food production facility in Rice, MN. This position is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing production equipment and work areas to ensure food safety and quality standards are maintained.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize production equipment, machinery, and work areas.
- Disassemble and reassemble equipment for cleaning.
- Use cleaning chemicals and pressure washing equipment safely.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Complete assigned cleaning tasks and maintain a clean work environment.
- Work as part of a team to prepare production lines for the next shift.
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a cold production environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
- Previous sanitation or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required.
- Must be dependable and able to follow safety procedures.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must have reliable transportation and work on the shift set schedule.
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
