Job Summary
At QDOBA, we’re not looking for someone to just run shifts. We’re hiring an Assistant Manager to help build a high-performing team, lead with purpose, and grow into a General Manager role.
This is a hands-on leadership position for someone ready to take ownership of people, culture, and execution. If you care about doing things the right way, developing others, and driving results in a fast-paced environment, this role is built for you.
What You’ll Do
- Lead day-to-day operations with confidence and accountability
- Coach, support, and develop team members through hands-on leadership
- Assist with hiring, training, and onboarding future leaders
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through genuine hospitality
- Support food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards every shift
- Help manage labor, food cost, and sales performance
- Partner with the General Manager on execution, culture, and results
- Step in for the General Manager when needed and keep the restaurant running strong

- 1–2 years of restaurant leadership or management experience preferred
