CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER
SALARY: $100, 000.00 to $120,000.00 BASE SALARY. This role also provides bonuses and company profit sharing. PLUS FULL BENEFITS.
DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. This role requires a proactive leader capable of coordinating multiple facets of construction management, including project scheduling, budgeting, and site supervision. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in construction site operations, blueprint reading, and contract management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to dynamic construction initiatives across diverse sectors.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocations utilizing construction management software such as Primavera P6 and HeavyBid.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project specifications and schematics are accurately interpreted and executed.
- Oversee daily construction site activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to facilitate accurate construction execution.
- Manage contracts with vendors and subcontractors, negotiating terms and ensuring compliance with project requirements.
Qualifications
- 8 – 12 years of construction project management experience.
- Proven experience managing self-performance work and small project teams.
- Strong knowledge of construction means and methods.
- Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and job cost control.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
