Overview
Classic Home Health Services is hiring an experienced and compassionate PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled home health visits throughout Pasco and Pinellas Counties.
This role is ideal for nurses seeking flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful one-on-one patient care in a home setting.

Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in patients’ homes
- Perform patient assessments and develop care plans
- Complete OASIS documentation per Medicare guidelines
- Administer medications and treatments
- Provide wound care and other skilled interventions
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team
- Educate patients and caregivers on disease management
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation
Qualifications
- Active Florida RN license (required)
- Home health experience (preferred)
- OASIS experience (preferred)
- Strong assessment and clinical decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
- Reliable transportation (required)
- Current CPR certification
