- Accurately and efficiently process customer transactions using the cash register and POS system.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting with bagging merchandise.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions with precision, ensuring accurate cash handling.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, promoting a positive shopping environment.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and loss prevention.
