Join our 2nd Family/UltiMutts Pack! We have an opening for a Dog Handler to work in our dog boarding/daycare facility in McKinney, Texas. We are looking for a rockstar employee that loves dogs and enjoys being outdoors.
- Must be flexible in working at both our UltiMutts and 2nd Family Dogs location as needed.
Schedule: We are open 7 days a week, looking for someone to work a variety of shifts. Must be able to work weekdays, weekends, and Holidays.
Pay: Starting pay is between $14-$15 an hour based on experience
Must be able to work as a team and not afraid of dogs!
- Experience with dogs is a plus
- Reliable transportation
- Dependable, and enthusiastic

- Can work outside in all weather conditions
The position involves taking care of dogs: feeding/giving medication, cleaning kennels, supervising dogs at play to ensure they are safe and secure, proactively preventing injury, positively interacting with the dogs, washing dog dishes, laundry, communicating with managers and fellow teammates, and more.
The job includes having to physically control dogs of all sizes/breeds in a "pack" setting as well as working in the heat, cold, and rain with a good attitude!
