Summary
The Engineer for Maintenance Team will be responsible for troubleshooting and programming robot application, conveyor system, equipment and process/equipment monitoring systems.

Preventive Maintenance:

Develop and implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) processes.

Create and manage maintenance activities in the SAP system.

Design and implement maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime.

Perform regular inspections, lubrication, calibration, and adjustments on machinery and equipment.

Identify potential issues and conduct proactive maintenance to avoid breakdowns.
-
Analyze machine downtime logs on a daily basis and develop plans to reduce downtime (MTTR).
-
Create and implement plans to improve Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF).
Troubleshooting and Repair:

Diagnose and repair faults in machinery, electrical systems, and mechanical components.

Conduct a thorough analysis of machine failures and prepare detailed failure reports.

Provide both temporary and permanent solutions to the technician team for machine failures.

Respond swiftly to machine failures to minimize production downtime.
-
Perform corrective and emergency repairs to restore equipment to full functionality.

Oversee maintenance and repairs across three types of production lines.
Continuous Improvement:

Identify areas for improvement in production efficiency and equipment performance.

Implement modifications to enhance machine reliability, improve performance, and reduce costs.

Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize processes.
Collaboration:

Work closely with the production, engineering, and quality control teams to ensure smooth operation.

Provide technical support and training to operators on proper machine handling and maintenance procedures.

Manage GR (Goods Receipt) and GI (Goods Issue) in the SAP system.

Create emergency contact procedures for each machine failure.

Emergency contact centre up and running(internal reportinginternal and external technical support)
Cost Management:

Assist in managing budgets for maintenance activities and spare parts inventory.

Identify cost-effective solutions for repairs, maintenance, and equipment upgrades.

Required EducationExperience:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering

3+ years of experience with manufacturing maintenance

Hand on experience with troubleshooting
Required Knowledge, Skills,Abilities:

Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Strong understanding of machinery, electrical systems, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and automation processes.

Previous experience in maintenance engineering or a technical role within the manufacturing industry.

Ability to prioritize and organize tasks to achieve timely results

Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
