Event Guest Services Openings!
Are you interested in making extra money working in a fun environment? We are seeking dedicated and friendly Event Guest Service Agents to join our team! No Experience required will train!!! Next event is the AC/DC concert event July 24th. You don't want to miss it!
Hours: Vary by events Pay: 13.00/hr.
Job Summary
This role involves verifying and scanning tickets at event entrance, assisting with guest inquiries and direction, and maintaining high standards of hospitality throughout the guest experience.
Responsibilities
Greet, verify and scan tickets for entrance into event
(Usher)Direct traffic and help assisting direction for guest
Requirements
Must be 18 years old to apply
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required(will train)
Must be able to stand for long periods of time (10-12 hours)
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
Dress Code: Black Attire- Black work pants, black shirt, Black shoes
Valid transportation
