American Traveler is hiring an Echo Technologist for a Cardio Diagnostics unit, requiring an Associate's Degree in Ultrasound and RDCS or CCI certification.

Work in a Cardio Diagnostics (ECG) department performing cardiac diagnostic testing
-
Day shift schedule, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, 5 days per week
-
On-call requirement of 1-2 days per week
-
Weekend coverage every 5th weekend

Rotational holiday coverage
-
Minimum of 3 years previous healthcare experience

Associate's Degree in Ultrasound required
-
RDCS (ARDMS) or CCI certification required
-
BLS certification (American Heart Association) required

License required if applicable

Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks while coordinating patient flow
-
Strong documentation and data review skills
-
Oversee technical procedures, patient care, and workflows in the echocardiography laboratory
-
Perform routine and complex echocardiographic sonography imaging procedures following departmental guidelines

Assist performing physicians and sonographers in providing high-quality echocardiographic exams

Critique imaging quality standards including positioning, technical factors, and alignment

Review patient data for accuracy, quality, and completeness

Cross-train to other divisions of CV Services

Candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be considered
-
RTO not to exceed 7 total days per 13-week contract
