Job description:
- Install and restore fireplaces, including gas, wood-burning, and electric models in new construction as well as residential and remodeling projects.
- Perform trim carpentry work to enhance the aesthetic appeal of installations.
- Fabricate custom components as needed for unique installations.
- Conduct construction painting to finish installations professionally.
- Install drywall as necessary during the installation process.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations during all installations.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns throughout the installation process.
Requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Strong skills in trim carpentry, masonry, and drywall installation, or the ability to learn how.
- Ability to fabricate custom components as required for specific projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Must adhere to safety protocols at all times while on job sites.
