Our Direct Primary Care ("DPC) clinic is dedicated to providing personalized, patient- centered healthcare in a supportive environment without health insurance interference. We focus on spending quality time with each patient with all appointments 30 minutes - 1 hour and allowing our providers to deliver exceptional care without the constraints of traditional insurance based practice.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team. In this role, you will see fewer patients than in a typical clinic, allowing you to spend more time with each individual patient. Our approach prioritizes work-life balance, fostering a positive and fulfilling work environment without the constraints of health insurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality healthcare services to a diverse patient population.
- Foster strong relationships with patients through active listening and tailored care.
- Collaborate with a supportive team of healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes. *
- Qualifications:
- Current active unrestricted medical license in Mississippi.
- Current DEA registration or ability to obtain one
- Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Commitment to patient-centered care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong clinical judgment
- Dependable, organized, and comfortable working in a smaller practice environment

Instead of billing insurance for routine primary care, our patients pay a monthly membership fee that provides access to their primary care team. This allows us to eliminate much of the administrative burden associated with traditional practices and focus our attention where it belongs—on our patients.

Pay: $220,000.00 - $400,000.00 per year
