Clearwave Car Wash is hiring a high-energy Sales Specialist to join our team. This role is designed for a performance-driven salesperson who can help grow our Unlimited Membership program while delivering a clean, dry, and shiny car for every guest.
Sales experience is required: 1+ year of face-to-face sales experience.

Relevant experience may include wireless sales, gym memberships, restaurant upselling, subscription services, car wash sales, or face-to-face retail sales.
Pay: $14/hr Base + Sales Incentives
Benefits: Paid time off, employee discount
Schedule: Full-time; weekend availability required. Must be available for peak sales hours, including afternoons and Saturdays/Sundays. Schedule varies by site and business needs.
What You’ll Do
- Drive Membership Sales: Greet guests, explain wash packages, and convert customers into Unlimited Members.
- Create an Amazing Guest Experience: Interact with a high volume of customers each day with confidence, energy, and professionalism.
- Support Vehicle Safety: Inspect vehicles before they enter the wash tunnel and safely guide drivers onto the conveyor track.
- Maintain Site Excellence: Complete opening/closing duties and light housekeeping to keep the car wash and vacuum areas clean, safe, and guest-ready.
- Work as a Team: Follow company policies, communicate clearly, and help keep the line moving efficiently.
Requirements
- 1+ year of face-to-face sales experience required.
- Comfortable approaching customers, starting conversations, asking for the sale, and handling rejection positively.
- Able to stand, walk, and work on your feet for the entirety of your scheduled shift.
- Able to consistently lift up to 50 lbs and safely climb a ladder up to 6 feet.
- Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions and inside a wet and/or loud environment.
- Reliable, coachable, positive, and motivated by performance goals.
