We’re looking for a skilled carpenter who knows their way around wood, tools, and a job site. You’ll be building, fixing, and installing stuff—think framework, cabinets, or whatever the project calls for. We don’t mess around with drama or slackers, so you’ll work with a crew that’s straight-up, hardworking, and decent to be around.
What You’ll Do:
- Cut, shape, and assemble wood and other materials.
- Read blueprints or sketches and make them happen without hand-holding.
-Deal with onsite adjustments to owner’s preference, without crying about undoing the work you just did - it’s their project and money that keeps everyone employed.
- Frame walls, build stairs, hang doors—whatever’s on the table.
- Keep your work CLEAN, SAFE, and up to code.
- Pitch in with the team, no egos or whining.
What You Need:
- Be clean cut, respectful, and not smell like an ash tray.
- Experience swinging a hammer and running a saw—show us what you’ve built.
- Your own basic tools (think speed square and utility knife, we’ve got the big stuff).
- Eye for detail—half-assed cuts and crooked walls don’t fly here.
- Physically fit—lifting, climbing, and hustling are part of the gig.
- Reliable. Show up on time, every time.
