Job Summary: Work with installation team to install windows, doors, siding and other basic carpentry needs as required. Reports to President, General Manager, Operations Manager, and directly to the Field Supervisor.
Communication:
· Respond and follow through on emails and correspondence from other team members.

· Maintains regular communication with the Operations Manager, General Manager, staff and field personnel, working cooperatively to develop methods and systems that are most effective for growing the business.

Position Responsibilities:
· Measure openings accurately to ensure proper fit for windows and doors.
· Assess structural integrity and alignment of installation sites.
· Remove existing windows, doors, frames, or hardware with minimal damage to surroundings.
· Clean, level, and prepare openings for installation, including insulation and weatherproofing.
· Install new windows or doors, securing them with proper alignment and fastening.
· Perform miscellaneous carpentry tasks, such as siding, trimming, framing, or repairing surrounding woodwork.
· Apply caulk, weatherstripping, or foam to seal units and prevent air/water leaks.
· Test windows and doors for smooth operation (e.g., opening, closing, locking).
· Adjust installed units to ensure proper functionality and fit.
· Use tools like drills, saws, levels, and caulking guns proficiently.
· Adhere to building codes, safety standards, and manufacturer specifications.
· Clean up debris and dispose of old materials, maintaining a tidy worksite.
· When required, communicate with clients to explain processes, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
· Maintain a willingness to reinvest in yourself with continuing education and professional development initiatives (i.e. Lead Certification, OSHA Certification, etc.) as recommended by the Company.
· Other duties as assigned by management.
Job Administration
· Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
· Work with the team and assist with resolution of customer issues that may arise.
· Report weekly hours accurately and on time.
Qualifications:
· Highschool diploma
· Valid driver’s license (limited minor infractions only)
· Carpentry experience
· OSHA certifications preferred but not required
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
