Job Title: Machine Operator (2nd Shift)
Location: Lansing
Pay Rate: $17.48 - $20.00 per hour Based on Experience and Shift
Hours: Day Shift 3:30am - 11:30am
Afternoon Shift - 2:00pm - 10:00pm
Role Purpose:
Safely operate machinery within the production facility to meet production and quality targets. Perform light maintenance and keep machines within 5S standards. You will set up, operate, monitor, and maintain production machinery to ensure products meet specifications while maintaining a safe, clean work area.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate machinery safely to produce defect-free products.

Set up, monitor, and adjust equipment parameters to specifications.

Perform light maintenance and routine equipment care.

Maintain strict 5S cleanliness and workplace organization standards.

Collaborate with Production Team Leads, Maintenance, and other operators.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a machine operator or in a production environment.

Strong commitment to safety, quality, and production schedules.

Reliable attendance for the designated 2nd shift hours.
