You’ll work closely with experienced Account Managers and customers, gaining hands-on exposure to sales, customer service, and inventory management.
Key responsibilities include:

Take, enter, and manage customer orders

Research customer accounts and sales trends

Help develop and support strategic sales plans

Partner with Account Managers to advise customers on products, pricing, availability, and shipping

Communicate proactively about pricing changes, short shipments, quality concerns, and credits

Respond to customer questions and product inquiries

Help prepare and distribute weekly price lists
-
Maintain accurate customer, pricing, and product data in our online ordering system

Run reports to track sales activity and inventory levels

Support new product setup and cross-department coordination

Qualifications:

At least 1 year of customer service experience (B2B preferred)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable making outbound calls and handling inbound customer calls

Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Organized, deadline-driven, and able to juggle multiple priorities

Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow in sales

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Willingness to travel occasionally to meet customers
Nice to have (but not required):

Exposure to sales, supply chain, food distribution, or account management
