Flooring Project Manager (Residential & Commercial)
We are looking for a skilled Flooring Project Manager to oversee both residential and commercial projects from start to finish. This role involves managing customer relationships, coordinating crews and vendors, and ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and to high-quality standards. The right candidate will also be responsible for measuring jobs, selling products, preparing estimates, and pricing projects.
Responsibilities
- Measure job sites and prepare accurate estimates and pricing.
- Manage flooring projects from planning through completion.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers for timely execution.
- Oversee installations, resolve on-site issues, and maintain quality control.
- Track project budgets and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure excellent customer service and clear communication throughout the project.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in flooring project management (residential and/or commercial).
- Strong knowledge of flooring materials (carpet, hardwood, LVP, tile, etc.).
- Ability to read blueprints and job specifications.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with estimating and job costing.
- Familiarity with project management or scheduling tools is a plus.
