Role Overview
Our production department is looking for a meticulous and reliable Screen Room Technician. You will be tasked with managing screen inventory, utilizing imaging machinery, and ensuring the workspace remains orderly and secure to keep our production goals on track. We are searching for an organized professional who thrives in a high-speed manufacturing setting and possesses a sharp eye for detail.
Core Responsibilities

Utilize imaging technology to generate screens that align with our manufacturing timelines.

Organize and sequence incoming work orders to ensure production flows smoothly.

Submit electronic daily logs to track the status of screen reclamation, coating, and burning.

Keep precise records and logs of all production activities.

Oversee stock levels to ensure sufficient screen inventory is always available.

Execute routine equipment upkeep to help ensure machinery operates at peak efficiency.

Safely manage and discard hazardous materials to contribute to a secure workplace for everyone.

Keep the production floor and equipment tidy to foster a more efficient workspace.

Provide support and training to colleagues to help the entire team succeed.

Report any production or staffing issues directly to the Production Manager.

Adhere to all established safety protocols to maintain a secure environment for the whole team.
Required Qualifications

Prior background in industrial, production, or screen printing settings is a plus.

Strong organizational abilities and a keen eye for detail.
