Job Description: Property Maintenance
Wage: Based on Experience
Location: North County
We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician with experience in hotel or apartment maintenance to join our team. The ideal candidate should have their own car and tools and be able to perform a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning and upkeep of our properties.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify and resolve issues
- Perform minor electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs and maintenance
- Perform unit improvements or upgrades such as drywall and paint
- Troubleshoot and repair appliances and equipment
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of properties
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in hotel or apartment maintenance
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repiar
- Must have own car and tools
