Movement Instructor – Adaptive Movement | Dance | Yoga | Creative Arts | Inclusive Fitness
Limitless Health Institute's Kindful Movement Program is seeking a Movement Instructor to facilitate interactive movement classes in a day habilitation center serving adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. Participants include both ambulatory and non-ambulatory adults with a wide range of physical, emotional, and developmental abilities.
This is a community-oriented movement program where people learn through moving together, discovering their own strengths while supporting and encouraging one another. The instructor will adapt movement experiences for participants at different ability levels, creating an engaging, inclusive, and welcoming environment.
About Kindful Movement
Limitless Health Institute's (LHI) Kindful Movement (KM) is an interactive physical movement program that incorporates expressive dance, adaptive yoga, creative movement, and tailored exercise techniques for people of all physical, emotional, and developmental abilities. The program emphasizes developing a kindful daily movement practice that encourages empathy and compassion toward oneself and others while promoting physical well-being, self-expression, confidence, and meaningful social connection.

Experience teaching adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities, physical disabilities, neurological conditions, or other emotional or developmental support needs is highly preferred. Applicants should be comfortable adapting movement activities for individuals with varying physical abilities, including participants who use wheelchairs or other mobility supports.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $100.00 - $175.00 per hour
