We are hiring a Prep Cook/Roundsman to make soups, cold salads, and catering platters. Position will include some baking. Must have an eye for detail and ability to work under time pressure.
This is a full time (40 hours/week), year-round job. Shift: 8:30 a.m.--5 p.m., must be able to work weekends. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Punctuality, sense of urgency, and schedule flexibility are required.
1 year Food Production experience mandatory, with strong knife skills and food safety knowledge. Must be self-directed, and a strong team player. Minimum Associates Culinary Arts degree preferred.

Wages are $19-$21/hour, depending on experience.
