MEP ELECTRICAL DESIGNER/ DRAFTER
with experience in electrical distribution systems,
Experience with the use of Revit, AutoCAD, Excel, photometric software is a must.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in MEP design using Revit/ AutoCAD
Proficient in Revit 2022 and AutoCAD 2021, power feeder design, branch circuitry, lighting layouts, and panelboard schedules
Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks as well as being able to work efficiently under strict deadlines.
- Self-starter; able to hit the ground running on a project and work be able to work autonomously.
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Design and layout engineering drawings of electrical systems design in AutoCAD/Revit MEP
- Perform electrical calculations such as load analysis, voltage drop and short circuit.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years using Auto CAD / Revit
Proficiency in Revit, with the ability to create, organize, and develop BIM (Building Information Modeling)
- A strong understanding of engineering concepts, principles, and techniques
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to participate in field site visits
Must have a willingness to learn and the ability to be coachable
Responsibilities
- Create models, drawings, assemblies using the CAD system Revit and other computer tools, as required
- Works from notes, verbal instructions, sketches and drawings, or engineering specifications; consolidates the information to be used to prepare working plans, layouts,
Collaborating with Engineers, Architects, and Project Managers to gather design requirements, timeframes, applicable codes, and other essential information necessary for producing drawings
- Creating detailed architectural, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical floor plans and sections
