Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing online order fulfillment, inventory stocking, and shipping & receiving operations to ensure seamless e-commerce transactions. Your proactive approach will help maintain accurate stock levels, optimize warehouse workflows, and deliver exceptional service to our customers. Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately using RF scanners and order picker equipment to ensure timely delivery.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as reach trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts safely to load, unload, and organize stock.
- Manage inventory levels through regular stock checks, utilizing warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 platforms for real-time updates.
- Prepare shipments by packaging products securely according to company standards, ensuring products arrive in perfect condition.
- Assist in warehouse distribution activities including loading trucks and organizing stock for efficient retrieval.
- Conduct shipping & receiving duties by verifying inbound and outbound shipments against purchase orders using basic math skills.
- Support order fulfillment processes by picking items accurately from designated locations following MRP (Material Requirements Planning) schedules.
Experience
- Previous warehouse experience is highly preferred, especially in e-commerce or distribution centers.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400, and RF scanners is advantageous.
- Experience operating reach trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts with proper certification is a plus.
- Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, order picking & packing, and inventory stocking is essential.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for order processing and inventory management.
