Forever Beauty Med Spa is a med spa in West Jordan, Utah, offering aesthetic and wellness treatments — including IV vitamin and hydration therapy — under the supervision of our Medical Director. We serve a bilingual community and pride ourselves on making every client feel comfortable, informed, and cared for.
About the Role
As our IV Therapy Specialist, you'll be the clinician clients trust to safely and comfortably administer IV therapy treatments, all under the supervision of our Medical Director.
What You'll Do
- Administer IV vitamin, hydration, and wellness therapy treatments under the Medical Director's supervision and approved protocols
- Assess clients prior to treatment (health history, contraindications, vital signs) to ensure safe administration
- Monitor clients during and after treatment and respond appropriately to any adverse reactions
- Educate clients on treatment options, benefits, and aftercare in both English and Spanish
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to all safety, sanitation, and compliance standards
- Help create a warm, professional, and welcoming client experience from check-in to check-out
- Collaborate with the Medical Director and spa team on protocols and client care
Required Qualifications
- Active license/certification that permits administering IV therapy under a Medical Director's supervision (e.g., RN, LPN, or equivalent as recognized in Utah)
- Fully bilingual in Spanish and English (spoken and written) — this is a must, as we serve a large Spanish-speaking clientele
- Comfortable starting IVs and monitoring patients in a clinical or med spa setting
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for client care
- Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented, especially around safety protocols
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a med spa, aesthetics, urgent care, or infusion setting
- Familiarity with IV vitamin/wellness therapy specifically
- CPR/BLS certification

Responsabilidades
- Administrar tratamientos de terapia IV de vitaminas, hidratación y bienestar bajo la supervisión y los protocolos aprobados por el Director Médico
- Evaluar a los clientes antes del tratamiento (historial de salud, contraindicaciones, signos vitales) para asegurar una administración segura
- Monitorear a los clientes durante y después del tratamiento, respondiendo adecuadamente ante cualquier reacción adversa
- Educar a los clientes sobre las opciones de tratamiento, beneficios y cuidados posteriores, tanto en inglés como en español
- Mantener documentación clínica precisa y cumplir con todos los estándares de seguridad, higiene y cumplimiento normativo
Requisitos Obligatorios
- Licencia o certificación activa que permita administrar terapia IV bajo la supervisión de un Director Médico (por ejemplo, RN, LPN, o equivalente reconocido en Utah)
- Bilingüe completo en español e inglés (hablado y escrito) — este requisito es obligatorio
- Cómoda/o iniciando vías IV y monitoreando pacientes en un entorno clínico o de med spa
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y verdadera pasión por el cuidado del cliente
Horario
