Position: Part-time
Responsibilities:
- Man the Shop Floor: Provide customer service by assisting clients with their luxury bag purchases and inquiries in our retail space.
- Live Sale Hosting: Engage customers through live stream selling sessions, showcasing our latest collections and answering questions in real-time.
- Social Media Sales: Create compelling posts on social media platforms to promote our products and drive sales through various online channels.
- Manage Social Media Accounts: Maintain and grow our social media presence by posting updates, interacting with followers, and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand visibility.
Requirements:
- Previous retail experience is essential, preferably in luxury goods or high-end retail environments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with customers both in person and online.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and a keen interest in utilizing them for sales and marketing purposes.
