Role Overview
We’re seeking a hands-on Technical Consultant — someone who has hands on experience on CPQ and also writing code to bring ideas to life. This is not an advisory role; you will lead technical workstreams end-to-end, applying agentic AI methodologies and modern vibe coding techniques to solve real problems. Based in the Seattle, you will be the primary client-facing technical resource — and drives delivery from the front.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary client-facing technical resource, building trusted relationships with stakeholders across engineering, product, and business units.
- Lead technical workstreams using agentic AI frameworks to analyze, document, and derive insights from complex enterprise systems.
- Apply vibe coding practices to accelerate development, enabling rapid prototyping and iterative delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Translate business and functional requirements into clear technical specifications, data models, and architectural blueprints.
- Provide hands-on technical guidance on Salesforce CPQ capabilities including product catalog, pricing rules, quote templates, approval workflows, and integrations.
- Identify opportunities to embed autonomous agents for process analysis, code generation, and workflow automation across engagements.
- Conduct technical workshops, walkthroughs, and demos with client teams; present findings and recommendations to both technical and executive audiences.
- Work closely with developers and architects to ensure solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned to client objectives.
- Identify technical risks, dependencies, and gaps early; propose pragmatic mitigation strategies aligned with project timelines and client expectations.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise software consulting, with a strong focus on CPQ platforms — Salesforce CPQ experience is strongly preferred.
- Deep technical proficiency in Salesforce CPQ, including configuration of product rules, pricing methods, quotes and QLE, approval processes, and integrations with ERP or billing systems.
- Practical understanding of agentic AI systems — how autonomous agents are designed, orchestrated, and applied to real-world technical problems.
- Familiarity with modern AI-assisted development approaches (vibe coding), and comfort using LLM-powered tools to accelerate application development.
- Experience engaging directly with enterprise clients in a client-facing or technical lead capacity; strong communication and presentation skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to deconstruct complex enterprise systems and translate findings into actionable documentation, architecture diagrams, and requirements.
- Proficiency in related Salesforce technologies such as Apex, LWC, Flow Builder, and REST/SOAP API integrations is a plus.
- Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification is highly desirable; additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer, Sales Cloud) are a bonus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to operate independently in ambiguous, fast-paced enterprise environments.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Must be based in or willing to work on-site in the Seattle, California; travel to client locations required.
