Requirements:

Must have at least 2 years of qualifying leadership experience

Availability to work at least 3 Saturdays a month

Previous customer service experience preferred

Proven ability to lead and motivate a team

Ability to multi-task & work effectively under pressure

Passion for food and commitment to excellent customer service

Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene principles

Previous Chick-fil-A Leadership experience preferred
