Summary: This position verifies insurance coverage; obtains authorization for office and surgical services for worker's comp patients.
Prior medical office experience required. A strong understanding of workers’ compensation insurance, benefits, and related processes. Must have the ability to function throughout individual payer web portals.
Epic knowledge is preferred.
- Proven experience in medical administrative support and office environments
- Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures
- Previous experience in a medical office setting
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage patient interactions and coordinate services effectively

In accordance with California pay transparency guidelines, the posted salary range reflects the anticipated base pay for this position. Final compensation within this range will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, relevant industry experience in healthcare and leadership experience, education, and overall qualifications.
