Responsibilities:
- Educate clients on financial products and services, promoting sales when appropriate.
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies with clients.
- Promote financial products and services to enhance customer relationships.
- Stay informed about industry regulations, including HIPAA compliance, to ensure adherence in all transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer relationships.
Skills:
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals.
- Proven experience in telemarketing or outside sales is preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills to evaluate client needs and market conditions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing client accounts.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Expected hours: 5 – 40 per week
