OTR 26ft Box Truck Driver (1099 Contractor)
Freedom Freight Carrier LLC is looking for a dependable, experienced Over-the-Road (OTR) box truck driver to join our growing team. This is a full-time 1099 contractor position for drivers who are comfortable staying on the road for multiple weeks at a time.
Pay
- 20% of every completed load
- 21% after 90 days of successful performance

Equipment
- Freightliner M2
- 26-foot box truck
- Sleeper cab
- Motive ELD
- Hammer Truck GPS
- Company tablet provided
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a 26-foot box truck nationwide
- Stay out on the road for several weeks at a time
- Deliver freight on time and communicate professionally
- Complete electronic logs using Motive ELD
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Keep the truck clean and well maintained
- Follow all FMCSA and DOT regulations
Requirements
- At least 2 years of 26-foot box truck driving experience
- OTR experience preferred
- Must know how to use Motive ELD
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must pass a background check
- Must pass a drug screening
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs when necessary
- Strong communication skills
Schedule
