Bryan Companies is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support our Remodeling, Flooring, and Exterior divisions. This position is responsible for coordinating sold projects from the point of sale through production handoff, ensuring all materials, selections, documentation, purchasing, and scheduling requirements are completed before work begins.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate customer selection meetings with designers.
- Assist customers with finalizing product selections.
- Order and track cabinets, flooring, countertops, tile, fixtures, and project materials.
- Verify measurements, specifications, and material requirements.
- Ensure all materials arrive and are verified before production begins.
- Prepare complete project files and production packets.
- Review approved contracts and sold jobs for completeness.
- Coordinate with production staff regarding job readiness.
- Assist with scheduling coordination and production handoffs.
- Communicate with customers, vendors, designers, sales staff, and project managers.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of construction production, project coordination, project management, remodeling, flooring, cabinetry, or related construction experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction/project management software.

Pay: $50,356.97 - $65,000.00 per year
