CDL Class A Local Hazmat Tanker Driver
Location: Gary, IN
Reports To: West Terminal Manager
Pay: Night Shift $33/Hour (Tuesday- Saturday 8PM START)
Must have verifiable hazmat and tanker experience.

Genox West transportation is currently seeking Class A CDL Truck Drivers to join the team to support our growth in the Gary, IN area running Local routes. Our home terminal is located in Gary, IN. The successful driver will have safety and DOT compliance as their top priorities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Comply with all safety requirements, procedures and rules.
- Drives truck and delivers cryogenic liquids to customer tanks.
- Records all load and delivery information accurately on required documents.
- Keeps equipment clean and performs routine maintenance checks on trucks and trailers.
- Ensure any incidents, accidents and / or injuries are reported immediately.
- Represent Genox West Transportation in a professional manner at all times.

Truck Driver Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL with Tanker and Hazmat Endorsements
- 2 years of recent Class A driving in the last 3 years.
- 3 years of Hazmat Class A in the last 5 years.
- Valid TWIC card preferred
- Minimum age of 24
- No felony or DUI convictions in last 10 years
- No more than 3 moving violations in the last 5 years.
- No more than 1 preventable DOT accident in the last 5 years.
- Candidate must be mechanically inclined, with the ability to open valves and use standard hand tools.
