We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our team in providing exceptional service to our guests. Responsibilities
- Prepare and set up the breakfast area, ensuring all food items are fresh and appealing.
- Serve breakfast items, including hot and cold dishes, beverages, and condiments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area throughout service.
- Assist guests with any inquiries regarding food options or dietary restrictions.
- Monitor food inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food handling and preparation.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, catering, or hospitality is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Knowledge of meal preparation techniques, including meat cutting and coffee brewing.
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling guest inquiries or reservations.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
- A positive attitude and strong teamwork skills are essential for success in this role.
