American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with NICU Level III or IV experience for a 13-week night shift travel contract in Washington state.

NICU setting at a Level 3 NICU facility with Level 2 Adult ICU capabilities
-
Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 19:00–07:00

Every other weekend required per CBA
-
Internal floating between departments required; all staff, including travelers, are expected to float between facilities within the state

Staffing ratios follow the RT matrix
-
Epic EMR required
-
13-week contract with a high probability of multi-contract extension
-
Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license
-
Washington state RRT license required in hand at time of consideration

License required if applicable
-
NICU Level III or IV experience is a hard stop requirement

Level 2 Adult ICU experience required

Minimum 2 years of experience required

Epic EMR experience required

Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty or setting

Full SSN and DOB required for consideration

First-time travelers are welcome to apply for this position

Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must not reside within 50 miles of the facility

Refusal to float between facilities within the state may result in termination of the assignment

Minimal RTO is strongly preferred for this role
