From the moment you clock in, you’ll move between hands-on maintenance and real-time operations support. One hour you may be installing a new component on a production line; the next, you’re diagnosing a mechanical fault and running the equipment during the repair to verify performance. You’ll alternate between solo assignments and teaming up with other skilled techs to keep equipment reliable and productive.
- Install, maintain, and repair a broad range of mechanical machinery and systems.
- Troubleshoot issues quickly to minimize downtime and sustain efficient operations.
- Operate equipment as part of the repair process and step into operational tasks when needed.
- Work independently and collaborate closely with a team of experienced maintenance professionals.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to pass required assessment test(s).
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience or formal training in print reading and mechanical troubleshooting.
- Flexibility for rotating shifts (including weekends) and overtime as business needs arise.
- Uncompromising commitment to safety: follow all procedures and wear required PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, hearing protection, protective clothing, and boots with metatarsal protection).
