Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow HRSD Architect to lead the design and implementation of HR Service Delivery solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role will focus on delivering scalable, secure, and user-centric HR solutions aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in HRSD and a strong understanding of HR processes, with the ability to collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders.
Core Expertise
- Strong experience in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) architecture and implementation (mandatory).
- Deep understanding of HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, case management, and employee lifecycle management.
- Hands-on experience with HRSD modules including Employee Service Center, Lifecycle Events, Employee Relations, Case & Knowledge Management.
- Experience in designing and implementing integrations with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and other enterprise platforms.
- Solid understanding of data security, compliance, and privacy considerations in HR systems.
- Familiarity with broader ServiceNow platform capabilities (e.g., ITSM, integrations, platform governance).
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work closely with HR business leaders and IT teams.
Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow HRSD modules (Employee Center, Lifecycle Events, Case Management)
- Solid experience in platform configuration and scripting (Business Rules, Flows, Script Includes)
- Hands-on with integrations (REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, HRIS systems like Workday/SAP)
- Knowledge of security, ACLs, and data privacy in HR systems
- Familiarity with UI Builder / Service Portal and platform best practices
- Understanding of performance optimization, upgrades, and DevOps (CI/CD, ATF)
Mandatory Certifications
- CIS-HRSD (Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and design of HRSD solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards and HR transformation goals.
- Drive the implementation and optimization of HR Service Delivery modules, including case management, employee service center, and lifecycle events.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions.
- Define and enforce HRSD best practices, design standards, and governance frameworks.
- Provide architectural guidance for integrations between HRSD and external systems (e.g., HRIS, payroll, identity systems).
- Ensure solutions are designed with a focus on employee experience, security, and data privacy.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure quality delivery and adherence to architectural guidelines.
- Mentor and guide developers and junior architects, fostering HRSD capability development within the team.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, including platform upgrades, enhancements, and adoption of new HRSD capabilities.

Salary Range: $140,000-$170,000 a year
