The Customer Sales and Service Representative's role is responsible for delivering outstanding customer support while promoting and selling company services. The right candidate must have a positive, “can-do” attitude, with the ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position requires a high level of reliability, strong attention to detail, Team work and excellent people skills. The candidate must be both sales-oriented and service-driven, aiming to provide a positive customer experience that builds loyalty and supports business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, Text or in person in a timely and professional manner
- Identify customer needs, recommend appropriate services and provide pricing.
- Schedule appointments, and handle billing or account updates
- Upsell services to existing and potential customers
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience, professionalism, and efficiency
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the system
- Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction and ongoing support
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented office environment and offer support to colleagues and Team Members; as needed
- Assist in the Team Member hiring process, including participating in interviews.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service and sales,
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and problem-solve under pressure
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with computers
- Positive, customer-first mindset with a commitment to teamwork
- Must have a reliable car and valid Drivers License
- Bilingual Abilities a plus
